    A firm on the Professional plan pays a $199/month platform fee (includes 5 user accounts). Managing 12 clients, the per-client volume bands apply: the first 10 at $145 (+$1,450) and the next 2 at $125 (+$250) = $1,700 in client fees, for a total of $1,899/month. Want board-ready PDF reports for every client? Add the reporting package at $75/client/month (12 × $75 = +$900/month).

    Two simple, decoupled levers — your platform tier and your client volume. Nothing is metered or hidden.

    1 · Platform fee by tier

    A flat monthly fee by capability tier — $99 Starter, $199 Professional, $349 Growth. Each tier includes a set of firm user accounts, a support level, and a branding scope. It includes zero client connections.

    2 · Per-client volume rate

    A single graduated rate applied to every connected client, billed like tax brackets: $145/client for your first 10, dropping to $95/client at 51+. The two levers are fully independent — tiers are never gated by client count.

    Optional: board reporting

    Add branded, board-ready PDF reports for any client at $75/client/month. Turn it on only for the clients who need it.

    One-time onboarding

    A $1,500 onboarding fee covers account setup, white-label configuration, and hands-on training so your team is live fast.
